Fap worthy list, but you don't think we take either JUCO WR or offer Massington?

I think we get Prevot and Leslie the juco wr. I don't see RN or Alonzo Lewis being in this class.

He doesn't need to graduate junior college this year. This is for 2013. It was reported (a few weeks ago) that the LSU staff are expecting him to be part of the 2013 recruiting class.

I guess things could have fallen through since then - as I don't keep my ear to the ground like I used to.

at that recruiting class. I wish.

Can you imgagine D-Line U with that much talent coming in one class? Our 2-deep would be better than some NFL teams...for the next 3-4 years.

I like the O-line in this class. Quality and very likely how it will end up IRL.

Same at WR...Lewis or not.

You need one more TE. LSU will take two for sure.

Likely the same for QB. I hope we land Mitch.

Would be a great class.

Agree with the OL class though I'm not sure about KSM. I'm not sure who is going to give him a commitable offer.

I'm not sure about Lewis either. Don't see where he fits in the class especially at wr. We're in very good shape with Leslie right now and we're still chasing hs kids. How many are we gonna take at wr? 4 at most I'd think. Also we'll take 2 TEs.

QB and RB are fine with me and no one rally knows who we are getting at those spots. All guesswork at this point and your guess is as good as any.

That would be a monster DL class. Don't see it working out quite that way but i hope it does with Prevot added in.

LB is probably right but i think Beckwith is Bama if they wait him out. Who knows he may pull a Collins and commit to them during the summer and leave us hanging until January. If the staf allows that to happen again it's purely on them

DB is the best possible scenario aside from leaving Jefferson out. He'll be a Tiger most likely. I hope USC passes on Goodman and therefore maybe leading to Willis looking elsewhere but I fear they'll take both. We can hope though. If we snag Wilson then it's a great recruiting job by the staff. I think he's the best explosion back in the class and getting him at Cb would be a coup.

The thing I hate about the secondary class I listed is that it might infringe on the amazing group of DBs interested in LSU from 2014. And yes, I know banking on guys two years away is folly.

But while there is no denying that this 2013 group has some great talent, the 2014 group has 2 or 3 guys who could come in and play key roles as true freshmen.

The 2014 potential group of DBs is the lone reason why I dumped Jefferson from this list above. In fact (with the potential of that "one for the ages" 2014 class looming), I would just as soon see us take no more than 4 DBs in this 2013 class.

I see your point but as you said passing on kids this year for the hopes of landing kids next year is a risky proposition. Also feel that Cutrer, White and Brazil already in we really don't have much of a choice to turn away kids because you don't turn away a kid like Willis. Very good chance he's a better talent than anyone we could get next year. The others I could see being turned away but Jefferson isn't one. If he wants to be at LSU he will be. No way Les turns him down and I wouldn't either.

Wilson is probably moot. He's committing Tuesday and it will not be to us unless he just shocks everyone. Not sure how old that article from earlier this week was but it certainly seems old with Wilson committing. By old I don't mean when it was released to the public but how old the actual interview was.

Who is so good next year that we have a chance with besides Tony Brown?
