Boil in water for 15 mins
Put in oven on high broil for 20 mins
Take out and shake in whatever sauce you buy/make .
Best I've ever eaten.
Try it.

20 minutes sounds like a long time?

Longer without burning makes them crispier.
15-20 mins is suffice.

Just plain water or do you season it?

You should try them smoked and then flash fried to crisp the skin

so, If I get this right, you boil all the flavor out, then cremate them?

i would steam instead of boil for this method. But, as another poster said slow smoked wings are the best. TJs does a great job on theirs.

alton brown has a method for oven wings that involves steaming them first. they come out pretty good. i still prefer grilled, smoked or fried but, when i've done them in the oven, i've had great success with his method.

I used to always grill, smoke or fry, until someone posted this same recipie during superbowl sunday.
I tried them that way. They were fricking awesome.
You people shouldnt hate at least until you try it.
