Who had the tatoo on their left arm while driving the moving van? Was it the bearded guy who shot himself in the police jail/office or someone who ran into the daughter at the casino and got embarrassed?

I think they had something to do with her involvement with Beausoleil, but not the murder.

tattoo guy is one of Yanni's men - wouldnt surprise me if we havent been introduced to him yet
-Yanni's involved in Beausoliel
-Rosie was somehow involved in Beausoliel, and Yanni's known it all along, he's just playing dumb
-It looks like Yanni was involved in Rosie's death
-Stan succumbs to his anger and reaches out to Yanni, the Russian crime boss, for help
-Stan obviously has a past with Yanni, it wouldnt surprise me to find out they're actually father/son
-Based on the brief conversation, Yanni knows that Stan has some clue about Beausoliel from the cops
-Yanni burns down the evidence and deletes the servers
-Yanni plays the other side, pushes the coroner's report on Stan to further instill in Stan that they are working together to find Rosie's killer
-Stan refused to look at the picture of the tattoo because he's mad at the cops
-Had he seen that picture, it's likely that he would've recognized it from the guy - who works for Yanni - thats now driving around in the company van
as per usual with this show, they do everything they can to make you think the story is going one way, only to have the rug ripped out and then they go a different route

Yeah, the bearded friend offed himself last week. This mystery tattoo cat is being linked to the arson of the shoe store in yesterday's episode. The show doesn't really jump back in time much so the bearded guy is out of the question. This is someone else.

Yeah, saw this on Netflix - was going to get into it but remembered the ire of those who watched the end of Season 1 and all the people who said they'd never go back.
Plus, I just read this thread - so I guess whatever slim chance of watching this show is now spoiled.

I honestly don't know at this rate, even though I wouldn't put it past the Russian mobsters knocking her off because she found out some shite she shouldn't have. Or because she fell in love with the tattoo guy and Janek was pissed that one of his Beausoleil bitches were getting ready to break away as a result.

I think the heat it got at the end of Season 1 was well-deserved. It was obvious they were wrapping things up but threw some twists in since they were greenlighted for a 2nd season.
That said, it's rebounded quite well IMO. I've really enjoyed this season so far.
