Reinstatement Request for OMLandshark.

He was banned almost a month ago for some crap on the poli board and he says he is sorry and will avoid the Poli board as much as possible. I back channeled with him a couple days ago and He filled this out for me. From the email....
1. Username, with a link to their user profile page. OMLandshark
2. Estimated length of suspension. = "Started on February 20th, so about a month"
3. Is this their first suspension? = "No, First was a Dead Baby Joke thread, and I haven't made one since"
4. What they did to get suspended (please be specific) " In the poliboard ganging up on TNboy (I think), and called him "fricking retarded" (or "fricking special" if you would prefer to risk that so you won't get banned). I think it was some thread dealing with the Crusades and what they were fought for."
5. Have they been previously suspended for the reason indicated in No. 4? = "No, the first one was a dead baby joke thread and had nothing to do with the mentally deficient"
6. A pledge not to do whatever they did again. = "Not only will I never call someone retarded and withdraw from name-calling again, I will avoid the poliboard as much as possible. The board really brings out the worst in me, and this kind of stuff never happens on the other boards with me."
7. Lavish praise for the admin team (limited to three sentences) = "TD has the best admins in the world and they continually assure us that we are constantly posting in a manner that is fair to all."
Make it happen admins!
But if there is something I don't know about with him, please don't shoot the messenger.
