Sounds like it's Krobster, a combination of fake crab and fake lobster.

I don't think it looks gross, the concept may be gross but the picture looks good

They used to have a similar one at Subway, as a matter of fact, you can still get it at some Subways if you ask for it. They use the same mixture for one of the salads they make. Probably my favorite sub there, when I can get it.

Something else which is surprisingly good are the lobster rolls at Red Lobster. Had a coupon and went there not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The order came with two small rolls stuffed with lobster meat, plus I had an order of lobster bisque, and it was a great lunch combo.

i might have to try seafood from subway/quiznos- i have a problem with getting seafood from fast food though. something i should get over, i guess.

but hell, i ate it at bennigans for years when i worked there, as long as i cooked it. can't be much different

I can't remember the last time I went to Quizno's... at least 10 years. But I checked out their menu, and their subs look pretty impressive...

Looks like a lobster roll? While imitation crab or lobster isn't my go-to...there is nothing wrong with it. It's generally sheepshead...which is delicious.

sheepshead is delicious. just make sure you have a back up and a back up to a back up electric knife if you're cleaning it

Let me help with this. Since my best friend happens to own a Quiznos. It is real lobster and not like Krab. It is by far the most expesive thing they have to buy per pound. They pay 7.50 a pound for the lobter making it a nightmare on food cost. The first ingredient on the box is lobter and the other is Alaska Pollok. So for what it's worth it is real seafood.

Yeah that's how you make Krab or Klobster. You take Pollock too small for filets, and grind it up to a paste, then bleach it and remove the liquid, then you add in lobster or crab paste to get Krab or Klobster.

If you didn't mention the Pollock then it would be impressive, but since Pollock is the basis for all fake seafood products, I'm less interested.

The ingredient listed first is the most plentiful. They aren't grinding lobster and pollok and making McNugget meet. That would just be dumb. I'm assuming the pollok is for the "salad".

While looking into the McLobster I saw this

almost as bad as the Manhattan Style BBQ sandwich they sell in Turkey.
