looking for a place to eat Saturday with a group of 12 or so within walking distance of the Hilton Riverside? will like to keep the price of entrees below $30/per. Any suggestions

I went over the holidays, had a Revillion dinner. Thought it was very good. They had Commander's Turtle soup, and it tasted exactly like it should. Had a pork belly app, and fish for the entree. I was happy with the meal.

Go for it. I personally have not been but have always heard good things.

I have been and it has never really impressed. The pork sandwich I got the last time I went tasted like it had been microwaved. This is just my opinion but I feel all of the Brennan's restaurants sound good but always under deliver on the quality of food.

Very good and has some dishes from other Brenan's restaurants. Nice location too.

Been twice (once for lunch before a Saints game and once for dinner). Actually three times, stayed at the Lowes and had brunch the next night (best meal I had there). Very enjoyable experience all three times. The Shrimp & Tasso Corndogs were awesome, can't pass those up and I would suggest getting two orders. Also if you go for brunch do the shrimp and grits.

Honestly I would just get some charbroiled oysters at the bar and have the rest of my meal somewhere else.
