re: Trout on Lake Borgne - elleshoo9
Where around lake borgne has been producing? We had a very slow morning before running in from storms around noon. We tried the rocks along the east shore then a couple rigs then around bayou magill. A red, trout and sheepshead is all we got. We must be doing something wrong, any advice would be...

I found dollar shave club blades to be pooer quality compares to Gillette. Didn't last as long. I then switched to a safety razor which gives a much smoother, non irritating shave for much less $$...

re: Capitalism will fall without a universal basic income because... - elleshoo9
Riddle me this: If the masses can't afford to buy things because automation has replaced them and they have no income, how will the rich capitalists make any money if no one is buying their products? Automation will lead to lower prices and more availability for things. I've always wondered som...

[quote]Right now, but what happens in a couple of years when they start having children? re: Financial Advisor Advice - elleshoo9
[quote] You obviously don't want to roll your old 401k into the NW IRA, but I would also be careful of rolling into any IRA. You and your fiancé's income are approaching Roth limits and that move could negate a future backdoor option when you pass those limits. You may want to roll into your new 40...

re: Financial Advisor Advice - elleshoo9
Yea that's something I've thought about, especially considering I don't see myself staying with my current employer for a long time. If I were to get term now outside of work, would the annual cost 10 years from now be the same if I waited 10 years to get the same policy? In other words, do you ...

re: Financial Advisor Advice - elleshoo9
[quote]If you mean actively manage it, no. Put it in a Fidelity Target Retirement fund. It'll probably cost slightly less than 0.5% per year with no intro fee at all. You don't really need life insurance until you have someone depending on your income. That said, you should definitely have disab...
