I want to decide early.
If I cook, a hen sauce piquante or a pork roast.

If we go out for dinner, I'd like some fried seafood.

Maybe Cotton, maybe drink whiskey at a deer camp. I'm hoping for the latter but it is being heavily debated.

Shrimp Court Bullion. Came out great. It's simmering now. Will steam some rice for the wife but I'm having it with home made croutons now in the oven made from old french bread.
