My concern isn't over one player, but the fact that some of the highest ranking LA recruits aren't going to LSU...and I believe 2 are going to Bama.

This is not a hate thread or a bash the recruits or the sky is falling, but it is unusual to have this happen, especially by multiple players in the same season...and even more unusual considering the success of the LSU Program.

I know we have a lot of really good recruits, but that wall around the State seems to have some holes in it.

What do you think is going on?

Serious question so we can do with out the immature, stupid, vicious, and embarrassing responses...if that is at all possible on here??

Devall doesn't fit our system and is most likely better off at Bama. Losing LC obviously sucks, but it happens. Then again, momma made me think that his recruitment might not be over.

If you're not happy with the recruits that are coming in you're a retard! We're stacked!

I'd be concerned if Les and the staff didn't recruit LC and DD but Les and staff recruited the hell out of both of them and they just didn't want to come to LSU. It happens, we will have to move on to the next stud that actually wants to come to LSU.

I agree. Collins is one guy who's a safety. No big deal. However, it stings quite a bit that he's from fricken Dutchtown down the road.

And of all places, for God's sake!

It sucks but the distance between Toshiro Davis and Devall is negligible.

I predict that Davis has a bigger impact at LSU, and Devall gets passed up by some freshmen five star before he has a chance to really contribute. THE BAMA WAY

I've actually mentioned this before but our recruiting staff has been getting weaker as everyone else is getting better in the SEC. We've been losing top recruits every year and so far it hasn't really hurt us.

That being said...Bama has always had the best recruiting staff since he got there.

As others have mentioned, some of the best players in the state of Alabama aren't going to Bama or Auburn.

Some kids just want to get away. I did too when I was 18.

Sucks, but to be honest there really isn't anyone we've lost in the past 5 years or so that has really ended up being a huge blow. Lacy is probably the closest, and we could have had him if we really wanted.

It's called having a conversation about a current topic. We lose a top in-state guy every once in a while, but this is unusual. Locking down the State is very important, so this is a legitimate topic of conversation.

Also, Saban has contacts and connections in LA, so him gaining extra "traction" is Not ideal.

I know we are stacked and Miles does a great job, but losing some top hometown boys who we want is Not a good thing no matter how you spin it.

Hopefully just a fluke and not the start of a trend. Also makes me wonder what the Head Gump does to turn these guys?

What is the fricking point of declaring a post unreadable why don't the admins just delete the post?
