Got a game for Christmas that I didn't really want. I haven't opened it yet, but nobody kept the receipt.

Can I still exchange it out for a different game?

TIA

It's gonna suck when you walk in with it and instead of allowing you to switch it out they take it from you and scold you for stealing.

For the record, Walmart is your best bet

You definitely can if you linked your reward zone account with the purchase. If not, you suck at life and need to think twice next time before saying to the employee, "Nah mane I don't need no reward zone membership."

that's true. Since you don't have the receipt there's no way to tell where the game came from due to the bar codes all being the same. You can take it to wal-mart and switch it with an ease. Technically it's stealing but hey, it's wal-mart, frick them.

They should give you store credit or exchange it as long as its unopened.

Sorry, read the title and posted. However, I don't stand corrected. They can pull up the account under the person who bought the gift by phone number or full name. I'm sure he knows at least the name of the person who bought him the gift.
