Charcuterie plate, the pork belly sandwich at Butcher is awesome, basically eat the menu and let us know. I've never had anything bad there.

Sidenote: avoid seafood. Never had it there because I've heard very mediocre reviews of it from there. Besides that, just about everything there is great.

I'll 2nd the seafood part. If you're going to a place called PIG in French you should stay away from the Fruits de Mer.

I'll second this. I had a very subpar soft shell crab there.

definitely the pork cheek ap. the fried alligator is awesome too. my wife always gets the fisherman style fish of the day and she says it's always great. i usually go with the cochon or tenderloin. i'm jealous. enjoy!

BEST MEAL the driveman has had in forever. jesus where to start? place was full but we had reservations.

rabbit liver - i was expecting a pate of sorts but it was different and delicious. good START to the meal where you really say "now i'm interested". must try

fried alligator - tender and the batter/orange sauce they use to batter it is godly. the driveman had to re-order a serving to add to the entree

braised pork cheeks - this was a recommendation that the driveman really didn't care for. MEAT wasn't great. the potato cakes with the apple sauce blend was interesting.

smoked beef brisket with creamy grits - if you like meat do yourself a favor and go eat this. the grits were a great combo.

all washed down with two bottles of schalulgehrgher german beer. after this the driveman has to TAP out. NO MAS

DRIVEMAN APPROVED
