I have some fresh cranberries left over from thanksgiving. I am tired of cranberry sauce, and am looking for something new to make with them. Any ideas?

A cranberry relish is good. Not all that different from sauce, but you can add pecans, peppers, whatever...

Would love to try this with peppers - seems like an interesting flavor mix.

I've made this before. Co-worker of mine recommended it. I LOVED it!
Looks good, I may make it this weekend.

Cranberry cookies are an option if you can bake.

I make a fresh cranberry...thing every year. Guess it's a fruit salad. Usually just quarter the cranberries, dice two apples, premier two oranges, add a small can of crushed pineapple (drained) about 3/4 cup of sugar, one lemon juiced, and orange and lemon zest. Can also add a few shots of brandy. After a day or two, the juice at the bottom of the bowl is the most awesome thing ever.
