You have to admit that was a horrible play at a very delicate moment in the game.

I had no problem with the crowd not accepting that sort of jackassery out of a senior QB.

Seems to me he turned his play around soon after...

He was given the chance to turn the game around. Correct decision. Don't bail on a QB after a few bad plays.

All the students were screaming for him to throw it away... And they booed him when he did.

You're kidding I hope. And fwiw he had a lot more support before he brought all the negative attentio to the team. But for whatever reason I think he has played his best football this year.

That wasn't a throw away. If Highsmith catches that (which wasn't completely unrealistic), it's another 6 points for Arkansas' defense.

Jj was frazzled early on. Hell, The team was playing fast. But then they settled down after that long td drive (First one). That was good to see, the team getting up after a couple of early blows.

Please. Who was the QB of the 1958 team (FYI - last name starts with an R)? Do you think Mauck or Flynn are legends? Get a grip on life, bro.

it was a bad decision. it was careless toss that in the end amounted to nothing. JJ played a GREAT game! when you touch ball every play you arent gonna make "right" choice everytime!

Why is it realistic to think highsmith catches a ball that he wasn't very close to and the only person on the field that had a chance at it wore and LSU jersey and damn near caught it.
