And where does the ball land? You see the defender to the left of the ref?

Am I going to have to explain physics to you as well? That pic shows the BEGINNING of the trajectory.

Holy frick. You said I was making stuff up. I told you there was no one within ten yards of ware and when the ball hit the ground the defender was about four yards away. I know you had the greatest view in the stadium, but yeah really you didn't.

There are a lot of instances where a quarterback throws to a seemingly open receiver, only to have the defender close in and intercept the ball.

Dude, the closest defender is more than 10 yards away from Ware. It was not close to being an int or pick 6. It was not a bad decision. At worst, it was a bad toss. At best it was a heads up play to avoid the sack.

You have the video obviously. Post the pic. But you won't because it proves my point. The ball CONTINUED over Ware as the defender to the left of the ref ran up to make a play.

Lol you started arguing that it was a bad decision.

Now you've moved to "where did the ball end up"

That has nothing to do with the decision, but the execution.

But I didn't think logic was your strong suit to begin with. Keep on ranting.

Wares location doesn't matter. He flipped it OVER Ware with a defender closing in. Thats what happened. Thats all I'm saying. You are making it sound like the defender just stood there the whole time.

!?!? I thought it was a bad decision! And that he's stupid for throwing the ball to Ware? Now you're saying it was a good decision, and just a poor throw because he got his when he released the toss? Nice.. I agree.

Oh, so now we are going to play where did the ball land? I don't think that is going to work in your favor either, considering that the defender WAS going towards Ware and JJ, and clearly didn't make it near the ball in air in time to be able to intercept it even if he had the instincts the honey badger.

Face it, your admitted mirage of the play was the "fact there was a defender right there." When there was no defender right there near Ware. JJ threw a shovel pass to a wide open Ware. Maybe in our conservative offense he should choose not to throw such a pass, but based only on what was in front of him, there was NOTHING wrong with that decision.

That was an extremely dumb move by JJ

Sorry not four yards but three yards. This is also the first frame that the defender is even on screen.

I don't think people who are quick to boo players or people who defend those quick reaction boos are the type to follow consistent logic.

So there you go, had the defender been looking up for a poorly flipped ball, he would have been there. He is obviously closer than ware to the ball as the ball went over his head...exactly like I saw it.

So you're saying you're okay with our quarterback lobbing the ball up in the air into the middle of the field while being brought to the ground, as long as the defense doesn't actually make the interception? Not to mention that Arkansas already had a defensiive touchdown.

When he did it as a fresh faced freshman kid against I think Ga. Tech it was in the Peach Bowl it was cool and brilliant I thought then, a thing of great plays to come from this kid I thought. Well, we all know now that this was sadly never to come.

I thought LSU would definitely be winning a MNC with this kid at the controls, yes, we are doing just that now, but it's not because of him, it's in spite of him. Thankyou, Jordan Jefferson and more importantly thankyou LSU recruiting for giving us all this great talent to win even though we have so so QB'ing!!
