So me and my dad want to go on a guided duck hunt this year anyone know any good services?

Any stories about good or bad experiences are welcome as well!

TIA

You can do a blast and cast in Buras with Cajun Fishing Adventures. Ryan Lambert is the operator and have been there twice. Top notch facilities and guides. One of his guides is a customer of mine and is a great guy.

If you want to get away from rice field/marsh hunting, try Stuttgart, Arkansas for a timber hunt

Megabucks Duck Guides in Jones, LA...check them out....

they offer both duck and goose hunts in the best duck hunting area in LA...and are located on the mississippi river at the Louisiana/Arkansas line, right where most all of the ducks come into LA....

Our blinds are within half a mile of Wink's(the guide). We typically do very well, but last year we had a tough, except for the opening weekends and the following few days. Unless we get a lot of rain soon, I would be hesitant to book a hunt in our area other than opening weekend of either split or the following 4-5 days. With that said, Wink is supposed to put on a good hunt and you'll certainly shoot a good bit. If we have some water in the fields around us, it's on.

There are always tons of geese down dummy line. The snow geese get annoying there are so many. Speck season opens this weekend and I'll be in a blind on Saturday. I'm not sure how he does his goose hunt. If it's specklebellies, he'll probably hunt out of his blind. We typically do well with specks and I'm sure he does too. If you're talking about snows, he probably sets up rags in a field on Dummyline road. We never mess with them, but I'm sure you could kill hundreds like that.

Haha yeah it's probably a little longer than I remembered. I'm gimped up too, so we'll have to take my little bro to be the dog if Banner decides to act stupid.
