What a shitty conference. Boise would be better off staying put.

It does have one advantage. All three service academies don't have to sacrifice OOC games to play each other.

If Army doesn't go, I would think Memphis would be another option. They desperately want in.

It's really not that bad. Not good enough for an auto bid though.

At some point, the big boys are going to have to force the NCAA's hand.

These small programs keep filling in where the others moved up, re-making shitty conferences with the same old names.

No way that's an AQ conference.

Which means they can load up on more I-AA cream puffs (Air Force scheduled Tennessee State and South Dakota this year, which is why they probably won't be bowl-eligible) which is where they should be playing anyway. Of course, it will also help Notre Dame get their three guaranteed victories!

The Big East should have lost their AQ when Boston College, Virginia Tech and Miami jumped ship. No way this conference keeps an AQ for a BCS bowl.

It is guaranteed that it will through 2013. It will be interesting to see what happens after that.

They really needed to keep West Virginia. WV and Boise State would be an AQ conference.

It's a better conference for those that joined. They can at least say that.

why is fighting for your brand after getting raided pathetic?

I do not think that they should be an AQ, but I applaud them for at least trying. Not everyone can be the SEC.
