Irene's is great - but usually a long wait on a weekend. Went to Maximo's Thursday night with 2 people and everything was damn good (I had the veal, other two had the shrimp special). Giovanni's is the lesser of the three you named IMHO.

Very true - but you can sit in the piano bar and have some drinks if your not in a hurry.

Irenes is a great spot. Expect to wait for awhile but you can drink martinis in the piano bar while you wait.
