We were leaders when we went to 12 and started a championship game, now it is time for us to be industry leaders again.....
Invite OU, OSU, and Mizzou.... screw TexASS....Get into Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri TV markets.

Split into two divisions with 2 subdivisions

The West and East would have 8 teams each, 4 in the North subdivision and 4 in the South subdivision. Each subdivision winner plays in an SEC Semifinal @ neutral site and then they move on to SEC Championship. This is WAY out of the box but so was the 12 team + a championship game when we started that trend. It's all about money and we could generate our own SEC playoff and make plenty of $$$$$$$$$$.. Just a thought

Northwest
Mizzou
OU
OSU
Arkansas

Southwest
LSU
Miss St
Ole Miss
Texas A&M

Northeast
UK
Tenn
Vandy
South Carolina

Southeast
Bama
Auburn
Florida
Georgia

Your NW subdivision scenario is about the only way I could be ok with the two oklahomas and Mizzou coming into the SEC. I'd still prefer WVU to Mizzou, regardless of how many tv sets the bean-counters want.

I like this scenario. And could see it happening if OU's demands aren't met for Big 12. I like the 4 pods or I could see 2 - 8 team divisions moving AU & Bama to the East

I'm sure LSU and UT would be fine with that arrangement.

Or you could put 2 (1)s with 2 (4)s.
