For comparison last years #5 pick Eric Berry got 5yr 60million with 34million guaranteed.
A lot of money either way but some of the players that went first round have to be pretty upset

I'm glad they finally put a cap on that. Some of the money these kids were getting was a bit much.

With the new rookie contract stucture most if not all of the contract will be 100% guaranteed for the 1st rounders.

I just watched the Peterson for Heisman video, I know this is Germans but how fricking unbelievable was that non-pick call. I get angrier every time I see it, it was so obvious. That was such a game changing call, to get it wrong after replay is mind boggling. I think if we go on to win that game (I know we had Lee in to lead the office who, in that game, wasn't looking in so hot) I think a lot of the perception by the media and some of the fan base that Alabama/Saban is top fiddle changes significantly. Just my two cents.
