Afternoon All,
Have any of you fine folks dined at this place yet?
My sis and I will be taking my mom for her birthday soon, so if there are some must-haves, any suggestions are appreciated!

Went in October or so. I really enjoyed it. Pork chop, risotto, fried cupcakes stood out. In full disclosure, chef and I graduated from high school the same year.

Are they great in a trashy kinda way or just great?

Just great. They are smaller than a normal cupcake and come with three dipping sauces. An interesting bite of dessert, which takes advantage of the fact that sweet foods get boring quicker.

This seems like something that would have been thought of waaaaay back when...seems simple enough. It has to be good, if it's fried

I don't remember him at all.

I went 2 weeks back. I thought the risotto was just decent (several people said it was great beforehand) and my duck was undercooked but had great sauces. Seems like I just had a bad experience because everyone else that has been really enjoyed it.

Pretty much what I went through with the fried oysters at Bozo's.

We really enjoyed it. Our only complaint was that the pork chop was a little too salty and I LOVE salt and too salty to me means way salty. It was the perfect amount of doneness though, which thrilled me.
