You'll pick up plenty of threads,I hope, with a search. Best tip right now is buy them ASAP...the season is about to play out.

It will soon by July. Getting awfully late. I am sure they are very large, and very hard shelled, no?

Tip #1: Clean them thoroughly before dropping them in the pot...we would put them in a big container, fill it up with water then dump it out...repeated this a bunch of times until water we were pouring out seemed clean.

1. rinse crawfish thoroughly
2. put crawfish in basket
3. fill up pot to water level just above crawfish
4. empty crawfish back into ice chest
5. heat up to rolling boil
6. throw in seasoning, 3 halfed lemons, and stick of butter
7. once back to rolling boil, put potatos and onions in backet and cook for 10-15 minutes
8. pull out backet and add mushrooms, sausage, and crawfish
9. turn off flame just as you get back to rolling boil
10. throw in corn, put lid on top, and let soak 10-15 minutes
11. lift basket to drain and serve
