Restaurant Supply Stores in Baton Rouge

I'm looking to buy some kitchen paraphernalia. Maybe a chef's knife, stainless steel pan, whisk, stuff like that. I've looked around on Amazon, but I'd really like to check out a reputable restaurant supply store in the area. Anyone have any suggestions?
Suggestions around the Lafayette area would work too.

Ducotes on Florida, by FAR the lowest prices and biggest selection

Scardinas, Ducotes, or Cayards

Cayards or Scardina are the best two in BR.

I prefer Ducote's over the other two. Ducote's is larger, and is more organized. Ask for Joe, he will take care of you.
