Inspired by afreaux's tonys thread:

My favorite is louisiana gold. Followed by crystal.

I'm a fan of the green Tabasco.

Crystal always does the job for me too.

I'm not really picky about my hot sauce.

I sometimes have the Tabasco sauce at home.

I finally got my first bottle of Sriracha sauce lately, and have been experimenting with it. Great stuff so far.

San Pedro for Mexican food, Sriracha for everything else.

I've never liked it.

Find a bottle of San Pedro chile pequin or jalapeno and you'll never use Cholula or Valentina or any other hot sauce for Mexican food.

Tabasco in that order. Really only use Tabasco for Red Beans although I have liked the green before at a couple restaurants
