I can't decide how real this stadium is. I hope that it happens. Industry is too far from LA.

AEG, Farmers Insurance close to naming-rights deal for downtown NFL stadium

Backers of an NFL stadium in downtown Los Angeles are close to completing a primary naming-rights deal with Farmers Insurance, sources familiar with the negotiations told The Times.

The sources, who requested anonymity because they are not authorized to speak on behalf of the project, said AEG was originally targeting a 30-year deal at $20 million a year, with the money increasing annually. The current terms are not known, however.

An AEG spokesman declined to comment on the report. (more in the link)

I just cannot get over how ugly that stadium looks. I'm sure it's a popular design, but I think it sucks.
