They'd have at least one or two playoff wins if Palmer wasn't taken out of the Steelers game a couple years ago. IMO

They're not rankings. It's a list of the 32 teams numbered by regular season winning percentage.

It is however amazing to consider that Detroit is averaging just better than 4-12 a season.

what's more amazing is that over the course of the last 10 years, exactly half of the teams in the NFL have a better than .500 winning percentage.

Atlanta is right at .500. Other than that, you have 15 teams that have a losing record in the last 10 years. That's crazy.
