Does this mean Shepherd will get the ball more?

No, always expect the opposite with Crowton. Sheppard will ride the pine now.

Well, now let's see. He touhces the ball one time per game.

Yeh, there is the possibility he could see it twice in this game.

Crowton lives!

Who is Shepherd?

Seriously though, it is Crowton's way of thinking that now A&M will expect Shepard to get more touches, so he will trick them and give hime less.

I doubt it. Between losing our best RB and the inevitable 3-and-outs, this is shaping up to be one of those games where our opponent runs 30 more plays than we do.

They will have a want to get Shepard the ball, but won't be able to fit him in because they didn't expect to only have the ball for 7 minutes offensively.

Sweep on first series.

Bubble screen in 2nd Quarter.

Benched for the rest of the game.

It's the Gary Crowton gameplan.

probably get a ball thrown his way 50/50 on whether or not he catches it if he does catch i bet its on of those crowton routes where he gets 5 yards and then is not heard from again the rest of the game not hating on RS but he chose the wrong school to showcase his talent

Is it possible that he just isn't as good as his HS star rating?

For the lack of a better example, Reggie Bush was great in college, very average for the Saints, and don't think you can blame coaching there. Some players just don't live up to expectations when they move up to the next level.

you put RS at Oregon in their offense and he would be just fine, I have watched too many qb's with his skills succeed at too may schools to think he was over rated. He simply made a bad decision football wise.

He's better than Darren Thomas is for sure.
