Best Restaurants to work at in BR ??

May be looking to get a job at a restaurant in Baton Rouge soon. I have worked for 6 years in fine dining in New Orleans, so I would be looking for the same kind of work in BR.
Any ideas on high quality and busy restaurants to work at in the area as a server? In other words, places to earn good money as a server?

the fine dining here does make big money some nights, especially during the holiday season, but you arent going to walk away with a ton of cash every night. the lows are lower here in baton rouge.
with that said, if it were me, id be applying to the steak houses ruth chris, sullivans, flemings or the other nicer restaurants, jubans, mansurs, etc.
if they have an opening, they hire people with your experience consistently.

I think I have the best server job in the area, but Im not telling you where it is since we have 4 servers.
But if you are planning on making money in the service industry, it better be fine dining.... and you better have at least 2 years of experience or noone will even interview you.
I'd try to work for Flemings. They feed their crew everyday, people work really well together, you are putting out a good product, and the clientel there is pretty good. Be prepared to give up your weekends especially during football season.
Lots of politics at RC's, and Sullivans is just a little trashy to me... unless your into that sort of thing. A lot of the girl servers there used to be "morally casual" back in the day.

ruffinos or jubans
worked at both. Made good money and the managers were fair. Just like in any resturant you will work with some weird cats and people might be into some things you aren't but I made good money and had a good time at both of these place. also you I got to learn things about food and wine that most people did not know
