Worked my balls off yesterday and this morning so this number is mostly water loss but that's what the scale said so... Don't worry, I'll blow it this weekend at the Bama game in BR.

Standard ketogenic diet (low carb, high fat)
Weights 2-3 days a week
HIIT cardio 2-3 days a week (usually on stationary bike)

I've finally started to get back in to the groove of eating at home again on a regular basis and taking my lunch to work with me instead of eating the crap in our cafeteria (at least it's free) or going out for fast food.
If I can manage to keep my weight gain to only about 10 pounds after all the shite we've dealt with since June/July then I think I've won a major battle.
It's kind of like trying to quit smoking and you have that first incident that really pisses you off and makes you reach for a cigarette and you don't...and realize you don't need one anymore. That's the kind of win this feels like if gaining 10 pounds can be considered a win
