Anyone use a fat burner? If so which kind, I'm thinking about going back to using them and oxyelite is now off the market.

I'm about to order some more of a vitamin I was taking for the first 3 months or so of my diet. It's not really a "fat burner" it's just a b-supplement called "b-right". It says it's a dietary supplement on the bottle. I'm interested to see if it will actually help boost my weight loss since my weight loss is going at about a gimped snails pace now. It's something my dad recommended to me to try when I first asked him about some sort of supplement I could take to help with my weight loss.

I take a
CLA
L-Glutamine
BCAA
B-Complex

Right now, when I lost my initial weight I was taking oxyelite and it actually helped once I got used to it.

20.6 for the final total. Not enough.

only .7 of a pound more would have won it for me.

Doh!

T giving feast at work today then back at it for me.

Personally, I wouldn't use fat burners. I have tried several and all of them make me feel jittery, sweaty, clammy.. not a good experience. There's no way they're good for you.

I take Orange Triad multivitamin, fish oil, and a pre-workout. I don't even have protein right now.

I've used them before and after a week I no longer get those side effects unless I'm drinking coffee or taking them with my preworkout. Mainly used to help curb appetite really so I don't feel as hungry during day and to help keep from snacking. Will power is weak during the holidays. BS excuse for some but you understand how it is

I've been on both sides of that fence.. at one point in time it was "no excuses" mentality and i was able to get through holidays and things without failing but.. eventually it wears on you.

it was easier when I was single not coming home to home cooked meals.... Plus worked a different job and went to gym in afternoons. Now I'm home by 6 with a meal cooked most days of the week and I drink beer now

I've done a great job of maintaining a 10 pound range but thinking I may wanna drop lower instead of staying 210-220 range.

Getting close now. Thanksgiving holidays may change that though.

Been stuck at 175 for weeks/months after hitting a low of 170. Finally fighting through now to break into the 160's.
