Ran 16 miles today and felt good. I have been drinking a good bit. Last week I found out I'll be a father, which was great news. Earlier this week I got fired. Finding a job that will allow me to take a week off in 6 weeks to fulfill a life long dream of running the Boston Marathon is a challenge. I will probably never get the opportunity to run it ever again. I guess what I'm saying is I'm in a bad place and I have no idea wtf to do. All I can ask is if your a spiritual person, please send some prayers my way.

Sorry about the job cm. Hopefully you can find something flexible. Congrats again on the baby though, I'm hoping I'll be in your shoes baby wise in the next few months.
I had my first cheat since I've been back on the wagon yesterday. I rebounded at dinner though. I'm guessing this is a sodium gain since overall I was still under my calorie goal.

Meh, up 3 pounds from Friday morning. Had a mandatory meeting at the office last night and they provided pizza and hot wings, my willpower isn't strong enough to say no to that yet. I figure that 3 pounds will come off quickly and I'm still down 5 pounds from last Monday so I won't complain.
My wife and I are starting a whole30 today. The program says not to weigh during the 30 days but I'm ignoring that. Weighing motivates me.
