My mistake. I should have had the foresight to search, and for that I apologize.
Could I twist your arm for the meaning of those acronyms ? It'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am currently at Outback, haven't ordered, but I am going to go out on a limb here and say that this place isn't the best restaurant in town for steak.

If you guys have an Elephant Room I would put it up against any of the houses listed. Great steak without being drowned in butter like Ruth and Flemmings.

Just order your steak "dry" and they'll leave off the butter and serve it in a dry plate.

This is what I want when I go to Ruth. I have had it dry and it's not the same.

Lafayette has Mazon Grill, this is another place for a great steak. It's a mix of dry and just the right amount of butter.

Mazen Grill, yes. And the Elephant Room is good.

Fish dishes are awesome. The head chef is the king of unique sauces.

I've heard Gino's serves up a good steak, however, I have never had one there....
If I had to pick, I'd say Ruths - from my limited experience with steaks in BR (for a while)

If we are rating just the steaks and not the overall experience, there is no question IMO that this is the answer. Other restaurants are certainly better looking and may have better atmosphere and may have better or equal service, but the steak at Ruth's can't be beat IMO.

Disagree.

Best steakhouse is Flemmings

Best steak is Little Village

Ruths in BR is one of the worst Ruths I have visited.

There is no better value for a steak that the 28 dollar LV USDA Prime cut Ribeye with sides and ordered with slightly less butter.
