Under 2.5, I'd predict 2 games.

depends on how long he stays under Goodells desk.

What for? He was not arrested, tried, or prosecuted for anything. If being a dumbass was a crime, there would be no one playing in the NFL or NBA.

he shouldn't be suspended but I'm starting to think he will be
not sure I understand why... thought the league conduct policy specified conviction or admission of guilt in a criminal matter (e.g. felony)
if someone has the policy handy to quote that would be helpful for the thread (a lot more helpful than saying there is a policy against embarrassing behavior with no support)

He got off because the DA didn't feel that there was enough evidence to convict him beyond reasonable doubt. Had he cooperated with the investigation, then he would have been charged. Had any of us done what he did and were as cavalier with the law, then we'd be in jail.
Roethlisberger is as innocent as OJ is.

Goodell's personal conduct policy is not contingent on being found guilty in the court of law. It has a dumbass factor in it, and Ben fails that part with flying colors.
