nope that's why it is a "conduct" policy and not a legal process policy

He got off because the DA didn't feel that there was enough evidence to convict him beyond reasonable doubt. Had he cooperated with the investigation, then he would have been charged. Had any of us done what he did and were as cavalier with the law, then we'd be in jail.

Roethlisberger is as innocent as OJ is.

What also bothers me is that people were outraged over Vick's murder of dogs PRIOR to Vick even being charged. There is little to no outrage over a young woman being raped. By Roethlisberger. There's something wrong with that.

geez, right under that (in my post) I asked for people to link something concrete if they were going to make absolute claims like this

someone read part of the conduct policy on the radio yesterday and all i remember hearing was a requirement for conviction to merit punishment

took me 2 seconds to google NFL conduct policy and find it, you can do the same

But just to satisfy you

I don't think you'll find too many people who don't think Ben is at least an idiot.

There's also an issue comparing dogs to humans when you can't give consent if you are a dog... I'm suspicious of Ben being guilty but if I was on the jury I dunno how I would have convicted him based on what I have heard

he isn't refering just to the crimes themselves. You can debate all you want on that.

I believe he is refering to the outrage BEFORE Vick was even charged compared to Big Ben the last couple weeks. There was a rush to kill Vick before he was even charged, but a much slower walk to justice for Big Ben

El tigre was nice enough to do it for you.

When people tell me to link something so easy to find, I view it as I don't want to go and look for something that goes against what I believe.
