Now that AI is retired, what is the best memory of his career you are left with?
For me it will always be that ankle breaking crossover x 2 he put on Jordan back in the day. I can watch that highlight all day.

Easy, Iverson making Tyronn Lue his bitch in game 1 of the finals

when I saw him pulled over on I-64 outside of Williamsburg Va being arrested for gun possession.
Or that time he and his friends tore up my friends dads bowling alley in Hampton Va

NBA - put back dunk on the Raptors (he actually had a ton of those when he was young)
college - his 1st game, when he was just abusing Corey Beck
HS - Nike camp they used to show on ESPN in the summer, this was after his jr. yr and my first time seeing him. he goes up baseline on one side of the rim and just kept floating to the other side and dunked it 2 handed. unbelievable.

totally agree.
he really is an enigma. Such an image of everything our society wants to hate, but something about him was so likable.

Gotta be his famous "practice" press conference.

Not his fault, white people are racist.

Sucks that his career will be reduced to that bullshite practice rant. He was a truly elite player, and to be his size, his ability to score and create his shot at all times was spectacular. His NBA Finals season was awesome, and in 2005 he averaged 33ppg, 7apg, and shot 45% from the field despite being barely 6'0 160lbs. A great player who never got his due credit because he was tatted up and brash.

I always forget how much hops he had back in the day. He used to catch alley oops all the time until he got older.
Is he a Hall of Famer?

Absolutely.
And my favorite moment was the 2001 semi's vs the Raptors. He and Vince had an epic series, with AI having 54 in one win and 52 in another.

when he walked into the visitors locker room in Denver after a loss to the Nuggets and said:
" I ain't talking to any of you white muther-f**kers"
and he didn't talk to any of us
