Every player on the roster was in their prime? I say Phoenix w/Shaq,G Hill, Stoudemire, and Nash.
What say you?

Can we go into the future with younger players?

The Celtics and Lakers would still be really good.

Remember that team the lakers had a few years back with karl Malone, Gary Payton, Kobe, ect.... That would have been a sick all time team.

BTW i'll be a homer and say the Rockets would be pretty good with T Mac in his prime

T Mac was never that great, see playoff sucess. Phoenix would have a squad, but I think the spurs would be a great team with Duncan in his prime with Ginobli and Parker now. Even Bowen in his prime was a above average player.

Boston's in the mix with Cassell, Allen, Pierce, and Garnett.

San Antonio would be pretty damn good with the big 3 and Bowen in their prime...

That Suns lineup would be killer. The Spurs would also be though, think of how much Finley has slowed down, and Duncan and Manu to an extent as well.

San Antonio would be up there, they'd also have Michael Finley.

Maybe Dallas even, with Jason Kidd and Stackhouse.

If you go back some you could add a David Robinson in his prime with Tim Duncan. Not sure who all else was on the Spurs at that time.

The Heat's title team had Shaq, DWade, Gary Payton, Alonzo Morning, Antoine Walker, Christian Laetner (yes he made an all star team or 2)

Damn. Forgot about that Heat team. But of the teams from the past that Lakers team had four all-time greats. Kobe Shaq Malone and Payton to go along with Fisher, Fox, Horace Grant and Bryon Russell. If all those guys were in their prime I'd match it up with anybody but that's assuming Kobe and Shaq could get along and everyone would be cool with the triangle offense.

I would always think about that when I watched that team. A team with Shaq, Zo, and Laettner? Back around the early to mid 90s that woulda been deemed unfair.

Oh and actually, that was the 05 team that had all 3. Laettner wasn't there in 06.

They were the 1, 2, and 3 picks in the 1993 draft if I'm not mistaken. Odd that they all ended up on the same squad.

Suns or Celtics are pretty obvious.

the cavs would be a lot better with the Wally and Big Ben being in their prime.
