Does anyone have an easy chocolate fudge recipe? I'd rather not have to use a candy thermometer if I can help it...

Thanks!

Use the fantasy fudge recipe on the back of the marshmallow creme jar. It is no fail and you don't need a thermometer.

i made this for Thanksgiving and everyone LOVED it....easy!!

1 lb white chocolate
1/2 cup crunchy Peanut Butter
8 oz milk chocolate

(I used white chocolate chips & Bakers Milk Chocolate Squares, fwiw)

Melt white chocolate according to directions, mix in peanut butter and let it melt as well....pour into rectangular dish lined w/ wax paper. Then melt the milk chocolate and swirl it into the white choc./pb mixture....don't mix completely together...swirl it in...i use a fork (makes a pretty design, actually) Then refrigerate for several hours until hard....cut/break into pieces.

I had to go check your post history to see if you were MY mom... but you're not. Haha. THIS is the best fudge recipe... people call and ask us to make it for them every Christmas. Yum!

That's funny! My son posts on here but he doesn't know my screen name anymore. I used to have our last name in my screen name but decided I needed to be incognito.

My mom does this every year, and every year people ask her if it's a secret family recipe
