I do!! Cut out the valves and connective tissue, then stuff it with boudin and provolone cheese. Wrap in bacon and grill. I do soak in tenderizer for a while before cooking. Usually use adolf's

Have eaten the liver, kidneys and lung too.

I'll pass on the deer heart. My uncle eats it though.

I usually either feed it to my dog or freeze it for blood trails. I've never eaten it but it seems like it would be pretty good.

I eat no kind of internal organs of any animal

I'll catch some flack for this but I don't even keep the ribs. Or neck roast on small deer.

Taste just like rest of the deer. It's just a muscle. Nothing gross. Now the liver, kidney and lungs are a little "different". Haven't eaten tongue yet, but know some folks that do.

Yeah, it's good fried too. Cut into strips, fry and serve with gravy.

I respect a man who can use all the parts of an animal he kills, and we use what we don't eat for dog food but I am not eating any more innards than is required to sustain my life.

I tell my native buddy who enticed me into trying fermented seal flipper once that there are enough good foods out there to eat, that I don't have to resort to eating that kind of stuff.

Usually it's blown up so even if I wanted to, there wouldn't be much there worth messing with.
