Best chest I've ever bought.

Found this one in the middle of the i-10. Pretty much brand new.

My Marine is the only chest I've had longer than a year. I lose and break them like crazy, but I'm pretty hard on mine and use it and am pretty rough on it year round.
But I still keep going back to these...

frickin a man. I've probably replaced every part on my older one at least once, but it holds ice for days.

When I'm taking the boat out for an extended trip, I just use dry ice.

We'll use glacial ice when we can. It's extremely dense and lasts a lot longer.

No shite, that makes sense. Is there a market in town for that?

Seems like I just saw a show on TV about the glaciers in Alaska. I want to say they were talking about the Columbia Glacier and how quickly it's retreating. They had some time lapse photography of it that was fascinating. I guess that's a little farther north than where you're at, though.

I have two Yeti's, I love them. They're definitely worth it to me.

I couldn't build a good pirogue on two yeti's.

Got a 600qt SS and a couple marine's 120qt and 164qt that I been having over 20 years.

In the past there was. Shipping it is just too costly today. For locals, it's just a matter of driving down to the lake and plucking some ice.

It's undergoing catastrophic retreat like Glacier Bay did in the late 1700's. It lost it's stability (terminal moraine) underwater so it had nothing to support the ice.

Glacier Bay was no bay 200 years ago. Glaciers have retreated 90 miles or so

I can't even imagine my life without my Yeti.

Haters have just never experienced the good life.

I think you can. I know the regular replacement latches suck.

If you're cooler don't have duct tape around here, you have little cred. I'm trying to step up my game.
