Would contaminates from a F250 left on the skin do that?

Pictures dont look like vibrio i have seen before. Watch for increased redness and swelling. I have treated from shrimp, oysters, catfish stings, sting rays and good ole fashioned bug bites. Blister alone no big deal. If get worse od rednees starts ascending then immediate attention. No ER can dx immediately. Requires a culture which takes a few days. But can treat presumptively, however based on those pics i wouldnt do much yet
