Buy a nine because the are fun and cheaper to shoot. A 9, .45, 10mm or .40 will all get the job done. I think if your going to have multiple calibers then a 9mm is a must do to popularity. It doesn't have to be he next caliber you get but if your going to keep buying handguns then I would get a nine at some point for sure.
