You bring wife and kids for GMTR on Fourth, last weekend in July I don't want my wife and kids even swimming in that water on the beach. The best is the drive down the island at sunrise on Sunday, oh the shite you see.

When i was in college all of hte wives in my dads fishing club demanded to go. Two of em got hammered the whole time and were a blast. The rest bitched and moaned the whole time. My mom hid my keys so I had to take a jetski to a beach camp, from a camp in caminada pass (green one across from cigars) then from there I drove it to sand dollar. I made it back, but ran it into the dock. Then my friends came and picked me up, mainly because we had food, then took me out to romes, beachclub etc. Don't remember much after that, but my mom driving me home that sunday was terrible.
One of the guys got a divorce shortly after, and my mom has never been to a camp since.

The wife fishes with me and loves it. Plus she is down with the youthful debauchery that is happening. Hell, I am glad she tags along with no repercussion.........
And we fish for EVERYTHING come Rodeo time. Me and my bud had 1st and 2nd place Bluefish in this Rodeo last year.........no shame........

i went every year i was in college and a few years after, haven't been in about 4 years, i honestly can't tell you what i did there because i don't remember...this thread makes me want to go back
