Very simple tonight. Medium rare backstrap and beer. About to go light a fire in the pit.

One day I'll figure out how to post images. I've got the Big Green Egg warming up for a whole week cook. Chicken for grilled salads for lunches. Pork chops for random nights. And steaks for tonight. Got the outside TV set for some James Bond - Spectre action during the cook.
