some of you inbreds had mentions about natural gear etc that you all liked.

quick search led me to midwayusa had some gear on sale at end of year...

Bought a large sweatshirt and these heavier fleece medium pants.

Well medium says waist 31-34", i'm as 32" as it gets right now. have several other brand pants, all medium i wear.

shite didn't fit at all, size 31" at best it stretched to. Needed to return all, wasn't crazy about sweatshrt. Call midway, lady said i had to pay to ship back, after i already paid $10 for this product to ship to me. I bitched, she yawned but did make mention to put the comments down on return form.

Well they received it and are actually refunding my original shipping of $10 plus cost to ship back, $14 more. So in the end, very pleased, pretty cool of them to step up.

So they didn't fit? I have a pair of nat gear medium windproof fleece pants in my cart right now on midway. I bought a pair of nat gear lightweight pants in medium and they fit fine. I'm a 32 fwiw. Now I'm thinking twice about the fleece pants. Not sure what to do as the large is probably too big.

academy....

Called their 800 number, had the person check my store, had the items put at the service desk, in and out. Mainly was worried I'd get there and they'd be out of my size.

Maybe it's me, but if I order something over the internet and it doesn't fit, I fully expect to pay the return postage.

Why should I pay when their size isn't true to waist numbers they say?

Yes the fleece mid layers run small. I believe everything else is ok. The lite weight pants actually run big.

If you read the comments on the rating for products this is mentioned most of the time.

Just because you can barely squeeze that gut into a 32" pair of jeans doesn't mean every pair of 32"s will accommodate that muffin top.

Nope, i did the get my money back. These that i ordered were much heavier weight than expected. i thought it would be kind of a lighter/mid weight type fleece pant, these things look like they meant for north dakota type weather.

Maybe because I only shop online, but I know not to ever trust their "size" chart. It's one of the aggravations I expect in order to save a little $$. Would you have paid to return it if it fit but you just didn't like it for some other reason?

I think you're a fatty who is actually larger than 32. Everything I see says runs true to size.

big negative. i'm about in the best shape of my life now. unless i got a fricked up pair of pants, do what you want.

that's what i ordered, looks like i may have ordered a fleece lighter duty but dunno why a medium wouldn't be medium no longer.

I was kidding. I'll stick to ordering the pullover fleece for now. Seems to be a lot of discrepancy in sizing reviews
