I want to think there is some new wiring fraud also. I can't remember.

Unless the bank on the other side is involved it's hard/impossible to fake from my understanding.

There is a multitude of paperwork, phone calls, and both banks are involved. If the cash is not there then the bank will not send it.

My opinions are from all the experience I have had with US and international wires. For a while I was sending/receiving a few a month.

That's what im thinking, the bank im financed thru now will not release the title until its been paid. I'll just keep the boat until the bank has notified me that the lein has been paid and title has been released. How do they normally ship this, 18wheeler im guessin?

Or hotshot or just a guy who does it, could be an 18 wheeler or just a guy with a truck.

I would have an acct for the wire at the bank that holds the title/loan. That way they can just take their $ out of the acct to satisfy the title and your $ is just sitting there.

Best lock that boat up though just in case and don't leave it sitting in the driveway.

I know people that drive far for boats. Make him pay you by money order or cashiers check and make sure it clears before releasing the boat.
