We went and fished the MRGO rocks and had 31 keeper trout 12-20" (caught about 100 overall) and 2 bull reds.

Wrecked em on Caddo. Saturday caught a bunch of fish including one over 8. Fished a club tournament on Sunday, weighed 25 lbs. with two 7's, a 5, and a 4. If I could have weighed my 5th over in I would have 27-28 lbs. Best individual tournament I've ever had.

Fished in Grand Isle Saturday for the Casting for Kids tournament. Caught 2 decent reds early(18" & 21"), started fishing for flounder and trout to complete my slam. Caught a good flounder by 7:15 and figured finding my trout wouldn't be too tough. Wrong, fished hard up until 2:30pm when it was time to head to the weigh in and only managed a few dinks here and there. My flounder ended up being heaviest overall at 1.92lb (boats and kayaks), got a plaque and $100.

Easy quick limits in Delacroix on Saturday---probably caught 25ish by 9:30. Fun, but I'd still rather catch specks all day.

Went out of Venice Saturday, trying for blue water. Immediately got cut off by bad storms & had to stay North & East. Changed plans to shallow rig fishing and got our 4 red snapper. Couldn't find mangroves (caught 1), caught 4-5 grouper all 2" too short and a couple of trash fish. So it was pretty mediocre.

Took my buddy from Poland and he catches this and he gets really excited.
Then he catches this and I think he smiled the whole way home. It was a terrible day on the water with wind and a super slow bite but a success anyway.

Caught two - 2 pound bass, wasn't really trying to fish though, more of a dial-in-the-boat run.

Left house after 5pm Friday (waiting on kids to awake from nap) and caught 16 Lake Runners/Brim until 8pm. Fun times.

Caught some real nice trout Saturday and got into the mangroves yesterday morning. Overall pretty good weekend. Out if empire is where this all took place.

Launched in Golden Meadow. Caught 35 keeper specks. Caught about 60 or so total. Caught 4 redfish all between 18-22 inches.

we had a slow day on the yaks, but i caught 3 and one was my biggest red ever at 31". Sucker pulled me around for about 3 minutes.

Fished dulargevalso. Never found clean water. 2 reds1 bass. Ran all over.
