I'm grilling steaks and salmon this evening. The wife and Thomas Magnum picked filets. The FIL and I picked a strip. 4lsu2jr decided on salmon. Grilled asparagus, baked potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms for the sides

Spent most of the day building my concrete primo table.... Wife n kids n Colorado, so Im bein lazy. Havent cooked. Havin an abita strawberry. Had hoegarden, abita amber & a bL. May go get some fried goodness at Tommys Fish House and crash early

Nice rib-eye, pasta, salad and a real nice zin. Lost power for dinner yesterday so the steak is mostly cooked.
