I'm not in a hurry to find a new ride but searching cars.com today and came across this 2014 Silverado in Hattiesburg.
2014 Silverado

I don't know how accurate carfax is but I always look at it and wouldn't visit a dealership that didn't post it for free. So the carfax has this truck listed as a lemon from the Florida AG's office. This is the first time I've ever seen this on carfax. And they want $37K for it!!!
carfax

How low would they have to go for you to buy it?

Most of the OB experts are getting $17k-$19k off of sticker on new 2016's.

I paid just a bit more than that for a 2016 F150. That doesn't seem like a good deal to me, but it's a higher trim level than mine too.
Before I bought my F150 I did drive a 2016 Silverado LTZ, and it had a sticker of $55K and they offered it to me for $41K.

me either. I'm more curious how the dealership would try to justify asking 37K for a noted lemon.

I wouldn't own that POS.

If I could buy it cheap enough, I'd sell it for parts.

There's a place like that in Birmingham that sells lemons for such normal prices that you can easily get fooled if you don't pay attention.

I assumed since it had a bowtie that this was understood already. The bowtie represents a surprise for the owner.

It's definitely not likely. Kinda like a buddy telling you to trust him about how well endowed he is. Could be true, but probably isn't.

Sorry been on the road and just getting back on. I'm not sure exactly how much he got in trade. Had 05 F250 quadcab 4X4 6.0 diesel. Biggest thing is be willing to walk away late in the month.

I would accept that on the OT, but on this board? I'm not sure I understand why people think it's that hard to get a good deal. The two Ford dealers here in town advertise on their websites openly about $13-14K off sticker for an XLT 4x4. It's not uncommon here, and there are a lot of trucks on the road so it's not like they aren't selling.

Florid as Lemmon law applies when a vehicle has had a recurring problem at least three times and the dealer was unable to repair it.

I wouldn't touch that truck.
