Me, No.
I was in that business, but that was 30 years ago, before I started my little present company. Most of em are unfortunately dead, now.
I did visit with an old one in the caldwell court house the other day, that was around during my day. I think he said he was now the clerk of court in that Parish. Most of my old stuff was gulf coast, Nuevo Laredo to Tallahassee.

Another question. In which direction do you put your posts, inside or outside your property?

That's what I thought. Not this bitch, unless she knew she was putting it on my property and figured I would own it one day.

Well, it depends on how close they fence is placed to the property line.
If the fence is gonna be placed "right on the line," you'd need to put the posts on the owner's property. If the fence is set back onto the owner's land, you might want the posts on the "outside" to make it more pleasing aesthetically.

Yea she has a bed and breakfast. Maybe I need to get it done officially that way if it's on my property I can paint her fence.

I recall someone on the OT saying they hired a graffiti artist to paint a big pink vag on the fence his neighbors built on his property. The neighbors painted over it and he sued in court for damages plus costs to get it redone and won.
So there's that plan of action as well.

Go to the courthouse (clerk of court) and tell them your name and the date of purchase. They should be able to research you. They will take you to a book which has all of the info
Here, you have to do all that.
