Or, catch and keep all you can and give me a call .

I had to turn down my last shot at an AJ trip this year to bring presents back from my wife's baby shower .

As far as sickness, I've just always never thought about it and done fine. Never taken anything before. Only time being sick was on a supply boat going offshore right after graduating. Legit 10'+ seas sitting inside the boat did it. But as long ad I sat down, I was fine. After a few hours, I got used to it.

I do that daily, but thanks for the advice.

I've been a professional sportfishing boat captain my entire adult life and don't see the need to just go out there to keep every fish you catch. 2 120 quart ice chests are plenty. I was just messing around. Put some ice on your vag tonight.

I drank a good bit the night before and during our overnighter and never felt bad.

I'm sure it's cool to kill a grander marlin that no one will eat though, right cap?

I'm not sure if seasickness is really what I experience. I usually get really tired on the way out, as in to the point where I CAN'T stay awake, and I feel pretty dead for the first few hours.

Is that seasickness or maybe the effects of dramamine?

I've had a few die but couldn't help that (no granders, though). The ones that did die, I'd give to the natives to eat.

Let me guess, you fish the white trash tarpon rodeo and weigh in jacks and tarpon only to be thrown away?

That's why you take the first one the night before. It helps you sleep and not think about the excitement and anticipation of the prospects of catching the next morning.

No a-hole, I catch yellowfin for the table and eat every single ounce that I bring home. You chase bills. Nothing wrong with that as long as you're honest about it, but you can shove that hypocritical attitude up your arse. You're talking down to people who actually eat the fish they catch while you burn 5k in fuel for pictures and calcuttas. Give me a fricking break.

Only for those that take this board serious. It's a great board, but dark humor seems to be prevalent, or so I thought.

Y'all doing a day trip or overnighter?

I like to pack a small bag with a clean shirt and small towel as well as dry snacks like seeds and jerky.

Lol, I love catching tuna but one per person is plenty. Most private boat captains will agree. Charter captains want numbers for clients. I used to kill and fill the boat up with tuna. I am not mad at them anymore and don't agree with being a meat hauler anymore. If I was the OP I'd kill everything in sight (like I used to). Hope he has a great trip. Tight lines and good times.
