I used to never get the stuff. Started getting a little irritated in my mid-twenties and now at 30 I'm on the lookout. Back in July I was removing a small tree that was covered in it off a road so I could continue my way. I still have marks where it ate the skin off. But like I said, when I was young I could wipe my arse with it and no worries.

I'm starting think getting old may not be all it's cracked up to be.

You should have gotten in on No- Fap November

Ive used Zanfel in the past and it went away overnight, but the reviews are mixed.

I've found Mean Green Power hand scrub works great. Basically use it to scrub the affected area until it's pretty much raw. Of course you don't want to use it in certain "sensitive" areas.

Man, I'm glad I don't get that shite.

I wonder what % of people are not allergic to it and if it's hereditary. My son and none of my siblings get it either.

You become more allergic to it the more times you're exposed to it.

Hate to tell you but a Z pack aint going to do a damn thing for the itch, and the only reason you should be on one is for infection as it is an antibiotic

hopefully you have that confused with a med drol dose pack which is steroids and will knock it on it's arse

I just did a little internet research and it said a person can become allergic at any time. Guess I better stop rolling around nekkid in the stuff.

#Iknowyourpain

Woke up this morning to a few bumps on my right arm. Clear Caladryl is my go to anti itch. Hopefully will not get worse.

I've never gotten it, but I still avoid it like the plague if I see it.

Im very allergic to it. Have had almost my entire body covered. Was told it was from inhaling the smoke of burning brush that contained it.

Was a huge reason why I never bow hunted or squirrel hunted until my late 20s

I got it so bad one time my entire body was swelling. Had to take a steroid and even then it seemed like it took forever to heal. Now if I even think I've got it, I get Zanfel immediately. It's the only think that has worked for spot treatment.

This.

It works to remove/counteract the oils after exposure.

I used to get it all the time as a kid, had my last breakout in my early 20's.

Haven't had it in 12yrs despite contact....maybe I'm not allergic anymore
